Returns

  • Returns are only accepted if goods arrive damaged or have a manufacturing fault. We do not accept returns due to a change of mind. All returns must be sent back within 14 working days of recieving products.The customer must make contact with us via email within 7 days of recieving the goods
  • Customers will be responsible for all freight costs unless the item received was damaged or wrongly supplied.
  • All returns MUST be re packaged properly and returned to us

 

Delivery

Goods will usually be dispatched within 3-5 days of your order being received. If for any reason we are unable to supply within this time frame we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery, and you have the option of changing or cancelling your order. All orders will be sent with a track & trace facility. If your order arrives damaged please notify us immediately so we can organise a new order.


Payment

No goods will be delivered unless we receive payment with your order. We accept Visa, Master Card, PayPal. You can also pay via bank deposit.

Limited Product Warranty

Our Products have been manufactured to the highest quality Standards by 2up winch adaptors. This Limited Warranty offered by 2up winch adaptors only covers defects in material or workmanship in new 2up winch adaptor products.

This Warranty extends to the original Purchaser only and is not transferable. Only consumers purchasing fromauthorised distributors, Retailers or re sellers or through the 2up winch adaptors website may obtain coverage under our limited warranty

What is covered ?

2up winch adaptors warrants this product in material or workmanship only as follows:

2up winch adaptors will replace at no charge any defective parts due to improper workmanship and / or material under normal instillation, use, service and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last ?

Our warranty period is 2 years from documented date of purchase. With original proof of purchase

What our Warranty does not cover ?

Our Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by

A.Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship

B.Conditions, malfunctions or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, improper maintenance, misuse, abuse, negligence accident or alteration.

C.Accessories, connected materials and products or related products not manufactured by 2up winch adaptors

Our Limited warranty is void if a product is returned with signs that the product has been tampered with or modified in any way than what is reccomended.

How to file a claim ?

2up winch adaptors will not provide any warranty cover unless claims are made incompliance with all terms of the warranty statement. Your initial contact should be via email to our customer services team to provide information related to the manufacturing problem/ defect.

If we need to proceed forward with the claim you will need to provide the following :

1.The original sales receipt with evidence of date and place of purchase

2.A thorough description of the problem

3.Delivery of the product or defective part, postage pre paid and carefully packed and insured

When we have completed the Warranty service, any repaired or replacement product or part(at our discretion) will be returned Postage Prepaid. Our Warranty does not affect any additional rights customers have under laws in their jurisdictions governing the sale of consumer goods.
